Pre-School Children Courses
Your little ones at AVO-Bell: An exciting adventure for a little child!
The first contact with school is an unforgettable experience for small children Iin “The House of Alice and her friends”- a private kindergarten for pre-school education licensed by the Ministry of Education and Science, which works on a half-day basis.
Education takes place throughout the year with an emphasis on the study of English in collaboration with AVO-Bell School of English.
During the school year
The benefits for your child:

- The grouping of children according to age-for five- and six-year-olds.
- The issuing of the necessary documentation for entry into the first grade.

- Excellent facilities are provided: classrooms equipped with audio-visual equipment, such as TVs, videos and cassette players and a piano, as well as a sports room and drama space.

The Curriculum:
During the academic year:
A programme developed by the school itself and approved by the Ministry of Education and Science.
The curriculum of the licensed half-day pre-school kindergarden aims both to foster intensive learning of the English language and to prepare children for primary school.
Classes in the various school subjects are taught by professionals in drama, music, art:
1. A puppet theatre
2. Art
3. Sport and Dance
4. Musical Activities
5. Construction games, such as Lego
6. Computer training
These classes are timetabled on a weekly basis, whereas English classes are taught every day.
- English language:
The daily English language sessions are taught by highly qualified English language teachers from AVO-Bell. The primary aim of these English language classes is to provide the young children with a basic knowledge of and feeling for the language.The programm is unique in offering the following two subjects:
- “Science for children” (“Nature and me”, Bulgarian language, Mathematics):
With the aid of educational games, the children are given the necessary grounding for school in accordance with all the normal requirements for preschool preparation. - “Philosophy for Children”
This aims at the cultivation of the child’s cognitive skills and abilities. It is approved by the Ministry of Education and Science and has been a part of the National Curriculum (SIP) since 1991.

In every child’s favourite season, AVO-Bell School of English offers your little ones an unforgettable summer experience.
- The chance to acquire a knowledge of English at an early age.
- Full- or Half-day activity programmes from Monday to Friday.
- Creative pastimes.
- Walks in the park and to nearby places of interest.
The Curriculum:
The curriculum aims to broaden and deepen the knowledge of children who have been learning English in a way which will be both accessible and entertaining to them.
Included in the programme are educational games, exercises, video sessions, learning songs and reading fairy tales, computer sessions, Lego activities, sport and other games in the park.
