OPTIMA: The Bulgarian Stamp of Quality

The Bulgarian Association for Quality Language Services was established within the framework of a project initiated by The British Council, Bulgaria, “Quality in the Teaching of Foreign Languages.”

Since 2001, it has been an associate member of EAQUALS, the European Association for Quality Language Services, which is part of the Educational division of The Council of Europe.

ABO-Bell is a founder member of OPTIMA and is the first school in the country to be accredited by the association.

For students of AVO-Bell, this means:

  • Education conforming to European standards
  • The chance to acquire a European Language Passport.
  • Adherence to the Students’ Charter.
